Summer Camp/School EMP Ableton Course

Ableton 2014logoSpread over four weeks in August 2015, our electronic music production ‘Summer Camp’ is jam-packed with everything the next generation DJ/electronic music producer needs in their locker to produce top quality dance music. From House, EDM, Techno to Trap, the learners on this comprehensive electronic music production course will learn all the principles in the number one software for electronic music, Ableton Live 9, and some other third party software.

There are no prerequisites, and we expect most learners to be at a beginner or basic intermediate level. Learners will learn how to competently use Ableton Live 9 as their nerve centre, master synthesis and electronic sound design to create the sounds they hear in their head, and finally how to mix and master to get that professional, finished sound, so by the end, all learners will have learnt to professionally produce a totally original banger in their style, or a floor-filling remix of their favourite pop record!

Time slots available are 10 – 2 or 2.30 – 6.30, Monday through Friday August 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
